Report generated on September 7, 2026: 247 niches explored across 4 universes, 37,032 videos analysed.
Density: share of analysed videos that are breakouts · Kept: small channels punching above their weight, out of all videos analysed · Overperf.: how far a video goes beyond its channel’s usual reach.
Several small channels are already breaking out here, over enough videos that it is not luck.
Breakouts do show up, but the volume is still too thin to call it proven. Revisit on the next pass.
Only one video stands out, but it goes far beyond its channel. A lead to dig into, nothing confirmed.
The radar starts from root topics (history, psychology, explainers, lifestyle...), derives variants, then runs a REAL YouTube search on each one. For every video found it compares the video’s reach with its channel’s usual reach: a small channel posting a very large score is kept as a breakout. Density is the share of breakouts among analysed videos; overperformance measures how far the video goes beyond its channel. A niche is marked "Proven" when several distinct channels break out on a sufficient volume, and "Worth watching" when the signal exists but stays thin. Explorations that are too short (fewer than 30 videos analysed) are discarded. The numbers are never touched: they come exclusively from those searches. Only our internal accounts feed this public report — our subscribers’ reports stay private. The Analyze button re-runs the search to see the niche live.
